POWER CLEAN / WALL BALL Workout
Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Power clean, 10 reps
15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball11:18
That was pretty much all out too. I had hoped for sub-10 but I still have alot of work to do on stringing together the cleans all the way through. By the last two rounds I was doing 5-5 and the rest between really killed the time.
