3 rounds for quality, not time:
- 30s pronated passive hang
- 30s supinated passive hang
- 60s alternating single arm passive hang
- 60s floor planche lean with external rotation
- 20 reps of all 4 LYTP variations
- 10 winging pull-ups (forward and back is 1 rep) -
