Goat work Workout
10 minute goat work
Pick a skill to work on x 10 minutes
Ex. Double unders, kipping, rope climb, muscle up, etc -

Clean & Jerk Strength
Start with 5 reps @ 40% of 1RM. Add 10kg after every set and take off 1 rep. Build up to a heavy single. Go for 1RM, if it feels good.
After you find the days max, go down the same way. Put 80-85% of days max and do 1 rep. Then -10kg and 2 reps etc. till you reach 5reps. -
