Aikaa on paljon joten kannattaa tehdä 60-70% kuormilla päivän tavoitteesta usemman kerran, kroppa lämpiää ja nostotekniikka paranee.
Niskasta työnnön jälkeen tanko pudotetaan etupuolelle. -
