Kilpailijalla on 50 sekuntia aikaa suorittaa liike ja 10 sekuntia aikaa siirtyä seuraavan liikkeen aloituspaikalle. Tuomari antaa luvan aloittaa liikkeen. Kilpailija voi saada maksimissaan 100 pistettä per liikesuoritus. Viiden liikkeen maksimi pistemäärä on siis 500 pistettä.Standardoidut liikkeet/ pisteytys
