Midbody work Workout
3 rounds
5-10 strict ttb
10+10 kb windmill
10+10 banded trunk twists
rest 2 min bwn sets -
Front squat Strength
Front Squat 3+3+ (3-7 reps) on last set @65-75-85%. Controlled Negative Part, no free landing!
rest 2-3 min bwn. Use % from 1rm which did a couple weeks ago.
Last block on "result area" will be marked 3 reps also, but try to go for more reps than three. -
Jerks Workout
split jerk/ push jerk
- heavy doubles and singles for 20 min
- heavy singles means manageable weights without failing! -
