Training programs-
18 Min EMOM Workout
alternate;
1. 10 front Squats 60/40 rack or no rack you choose
2. 5-8 strict HSPU -

EMOM8: 3x Push Press Workout
AHAP, but try to stay with same weight all workout. Focus, and use your legs!

For Quality: Workout
15 x Deadlift (75 % of 1RM)
35 x Weighted sit-ups
12 x Deadlift
35 x KB swings (pick a heavy kettlebell or two)
9 x Deadlift -

Gymnastics Workout
For quality and minimum rest:
- 5 minutes of handstand or walking handstand
- 4 minutes of strict muscle-up/C2B/pull-up
- 3 minutes of plank hold
- 2 minutes of supine ring row
- 1 minute of of L-sit
No rest between exercises.

Snatches, l-pull-ups and handstand push-ups Workout
12 minutes for quality and minimum rest:
- 12 dumbbell snatches right arm (moderate weight)
- 10 l-pull-ups
- 12 dumbbell snatches left arm
- 10 strict handstand push-ups
