Pull-ups, WB shots & KB swings, mixed with burpees Workout
10 burpees
30 pull-up
20 burpees
30 wall-ball shots
30 burpees
30 kettlebell swing (24/16kg) -
21-15-9: KB Swing, Burpee Workout
Burpee is performed with a lateral (sideways) jump over the kettlebell.
