- 5-8 Strict Pull-ups
- 15-20 Air Squats

Deadlift pyramid Strength
Perform 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of deadlift. Rest 20sec between sets.
