- 120 Burpees
- 1 x Stairs/400 Meter Run
- 60 Toes to bar
- 1 x Stairs/400 Meter Run
- 60 Shoulder to overhead 60kg/40kg

The runs have to be performed together, all other movements can be split anyhow.
