__Voimaosion tarkoituksena on kehittää perusvoimaa työntävissä lihaksissa ja kasvattaa lihasmassaa.. Loppuharjoitus antaa hyvän poltteen sekä keski- että ylävartalolle.
Tavoitteena on tehdä laadukkaita ja napakoita toistoja nousten kuitenkin raskaahkoon painoon.
Onnistuneen harjoituksen tunnistat siitä, että jokainen sarja on haastava sekä hapottava. Etenkin hapotuksesta tunnistat onnistuneen sarjan. Viimeisissä toistoissa joudut jo hieman puristamaan.
