*Choose a weight, that is around 50-60% of the 1RM clean.

4 Rounds for quality:
5/5 1-legged deadlifts with barbell
20 weighted sit-ups
10 box step-ups with barbell in front rack, alternating legs
5/5 KB windmills*This is not for time. Move from exercise to another and execute movements with good form. Use as heavy weights as your form allows. On box step-ups choose a box height that makes you start the step-up with your hip below parallel.

2) 12 push-ups
3) 12 Box step-ups with db’s 20/10kg
4) 45s. Plank hold -
Rowing, jumping lunges & air squats interval Workout
20 intervals:
70 seconds work, followed by 20s rest.A) Calories row
B) 20 Jumping lunges + ME Air squatsAlternate between A and B for 10 rounds of both.

Back squats Strength
Back squats 10 sets of 3. One set every 3:00. As heavy as form allows. Try to go heavier than last week.

"Tämän harjoituksen tavoite on 21 minuutin ajan panostaa liikkeissä laadukkaisiin toistoihin sekä pysytellä tasaiseen tahtiin liikkeessä koko harjoituksen ajan. Harjoitus kehittää köysikiipeilyn taitoa sekä hieman ketteryyttä erityisesti korkeissa burpee box jumpeissa.
Hyvin onnistunut harjoitus tuntuu siltä, että pystyt pysymään tasaisessa vauhdissa koko harjoituksen ajan. Nyt on hyvä hetki kokeilla köysikiipeilyä sekä korkeampaa boxihyppyä. "
