complete as amny rounds as possible in 15' of
3x length od gym
20 knees-to-elbows
15 Deadlifts -
4 RM Back Squat Strength
Within 20 minutes:
4 RM Back SquatIn 5 sets build to a heavy set of 4 reps with good technique (training max)
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. Lift in pairs! -

* Set 1 – 5 reps @ 80-85% of 1-RM
* Set 2 – 4 reps @ 85-90%
* Set 3 – 3 reps @ 90-95%
* Set 4 – 2 reps @ 95-98%
