- 40kg x 10, 50kg x 10 x 2Normal/Close Grip/Wide Grip Barbell Curls
-35kg x 5 of each x 3Cable Tricep Pulldowns
- 18.25kg x 10 x 3Cable Kneeling Arm Curl(each arm)

20 situps
60 mountain climberswhen the last person finishes, as a team complete 3000m row. Each person must row at least 500m.

Run 100m
5 Muscle ups (progressions with Rings)
run 100m
10 Clean & Jerk 115
20 OH Lunges with a 45# plate
Could have done 125 for the C&J but having done very few workouts with that included wanted to work a weight that was a little bit lower. Overall felt good.
