Tabata something else!
Complete 32 intervals (= 4 tabatas) of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.
There is no rest between exercises.

Warmup
Shoulder mobility with light thruster work to loosen the hips and shoulders up.Moved up in weight to get a feel for wod Rx weight.
With babies sleeping upstairs I had to be extra quiet which meant not missing a rep and no slamming of the bar! Tough! Took bar off rack for thrusters as well so I didn't miss the pickup and catch.
