    Declinening reps (16-13-10)
    Breaks between reps: 15 deep breaths

    5 Rounds

    5 KB Snatch R Arm 1.5/1pd (MOD green)

    5 KB Snatch L Arm 1.5/1pd (MOD green)

    10 T2B (MOD K2E)

    15 Squat

    200m Run

  • Jump & Run Workout

    CFE Workout
    3 rounds of:
    Jump rope for 5 minutes
    Run 800 m

    On the last round of jump rope, keep track of how many times you stop/miss, and after the run do that many burpees.

    6 misses last round but I rounded up to 10

  • Angie Hand Release Workout

    For Time:

    100 Pull Up
    100 Push Up (Hand Release)
    100 Sit Up (no wall)
    100 Air Squat

    Hands ripped a bit at around 75 pullups. Did jumping for the rest. Unhappy about that but tried to make up for it by unbroken Situps.

    Sprint 100m, 5 man relay

    20 Sprints or 1.25 miles

    5 X 3 Dead Lift

    WOD:
    - 10 Minute AMRAP
    - 5 Dead Lift (275/155)
    - 10 Toes To Bar

  • Wednesday 110803 Workout

    Three rounds for time of:

    Lunge 50m
    Standing Jump, 100m
    Run 200m

  • Dead Toes Workout

    5 X 3 Dead Lift

    WOD:
    - 10 Minute AMRAP
    - 5 Dead Lift (275/155)
    - 10 Toes To Bar

    Also did Max Rep Overhead...215

    150 wallballs for time (20#/14#)

    Not quite the time I was shooting for, but in a heat index of 107...I'll take it.
