100 Sit Up (no wall)
100 Air SquatBroke up pull ups: 25 then 10's and 5's towards the end. Push ups in sets of 10. Sit ups and Air squats were unbroken. Rocked it.

Fornt Squat 3.3.3
Then:
3 Rounds:
2 min Max Double Unders
2 min Rest
With a KICKER at the end! (24 burpee box jumps)
Front Squats 75x3, 95x3, 115x3.... worked on cleans and snatches too.

Holy cow I did this as Rx'd!! Pull-ups without jumping or assistance, push ups on my toes...yeah it took me 9 years but I DID IT! My hands are wrecked...both have some pretty awesome stinging rips. I THINK it took me 17:09 to do the pull-ups...it seemed like forever.
