20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Deadlift (135lbs)
10 Thrusters (65lbs)
400M Run6 Rounds + 5 Deadlifts + 10 Thrusters
My toes are numb (it's 40F out and I did this outside), my wrists are killing me, and I feel like I want to throw up...otherwise, this was a good workout. ;)

12 minutes as many rounds as possible3 Thrusters
6 Ring Dips
9 Knees to Elbows -
The two rounds Workout
Two rounds of:
5 min of Rowing (Calories)
4 min of Double Unders
3 min of Hang Squat Snatches -75lbs
2 min Plank
1 min Hand Stand Push Ups
Rest 5 minutes between rounds. -
3X5 Heaving Snatch Balance Strength
medium/heavy and fast (the goal is your 1rm Snatch for 5) rest 60 sec.

Death By Burpee Workout
1 burped on the minute, every minute. Add 1 per minute. When you can't do the required amount within the minute, the WOD ends.
