- 150 Air Squats
- 2000 meter row
- 150 Air SquatsI could have done way better here. I really paced myself because I had never done a 2k meter row. Gonna have to get after this one again Monday because my video cut off the end.

Another one that I expect to improve on. I did this after the again faster WOD (about 30 mins apart) and also went slow because hadn't done it before. Looking forward to doing this again.
