Skills
- L-Hang
- 2-2-2 Deadlift (130kg/286.600941 lbs)
WOD 3 rounds for time
I didn't even try this for time since my left calve is hurting too much to do the running.
Post WOD
- 20x Cleans
- 20x Snatch
- 20x Clean & Jerk
- 1RM Max Clean (55kg) tried 60 but no dice
All done with only the 20kg bar, just to get into it better.

Partner Cindy Workout
Shoulder Press -
7x3 Shoulder press with increasing weight. Do all 21 reps (125)
WOD:
20 minutes AMRAP:
Partner does as many rounds of Cindy as possible while other partner runs 400m. Switch.
5 pull-ups
10 pushups
15 air squatsTeamed up with Glenn (19 rounds)

Running Torso Workout
WOD 1
3 rounds for time:
- Run 800m
- 30 Back Extensions
- 60 Butterfly Situps
Calve and back hurt before I started so took it extremely slow. Glad I was able to finish, was worried in the third round but had enough energy to do
WOD 2
5 Hang Cleans (50kg/110.231131 lbs) on the minute for 16 minutes
Was going to do 20 minutes but I felt pretty done after 16.
