    Baseline: Pre-SOP and box breathing, then ROM Drills. 20 minutes of grinder PT: 30 Push-ups, 30 Air squats, 30 sit-ups, 10 Burpees, 10 Windmills, 30 Push-ups, 30 Mountain climbers, 30 Flutter kicks, 10 Burpees, 10 Cherry pickers (4-count), 30 Push-ups, 30 Back Extensions (arm haulers) 10 Burpees, 10 Chain breakers, 30 Push-ups

    Durability: Warrior yoga or Active Stretch. Hydrate and fuel within 30 minutes. Journal post training session SOP.

    Warm up: 5:00 double under practice, double under ladder

    Three rounds of:
    Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
    Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
    Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Row (Calories)

    In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
