Instead of double unders I jumped over the barbell and back for a count of 1.
Dawn talked me into going heavier than I want Ed to, but form stayed until the last three bear complexes. I felt good when I was done. -
WOD Workout
At the hotel:
40 Burpees
30 Dumbbell snatch (25 lbs each)
(4:00)Rest five minutes
then repeat (4:15)
