WOD:
For time: 50-40-30-20-10 reps

Sit upsI did the bench press first and made it up to 80...85 failed, but I'm okay with 80 considering I haven't done these in a while!
I was pretty stoked about my double unders for this metcon...I got 30, 20 and 10 unbroken! My round of 50 and 40 had some good long strings of unbroken DUs as well, usually around 15-20. So hooray for that improvement!!! Is it the paleo? ;) Who knows!

Lateral Over the Bar Burpee
16 total rounds switching between exercises “cycles of both”. Try to keep the same number of reps each round. There is a 5 Burpee penalty per rep difference between your first and last round. No sand bagging go as hard as you can. Your lowest rep counts.
