South Carolina Plantation Rocky Balboa WOD Workout
So I went on a mini vacation with my family down to the beach. We stayed on a plantation built in the 1700's. I didn't have any equipment with me, but I did a WOD anyway.
Mile run
HSPU's against a horse fence
Lots of burpees
Some sprintsI didn't really keep track of time or reps...just pushed myself to get a good workout. It was fun.

OHS are still one of the movements I dread. 135 was way beyond my ability today, so I modded the weight down and struggled through with middling-to-shitty form. Felt slow and sore today, even after Sunday off. Tomorrow will be better.

2.6km Cross Country Run in the woods
Every Approx 500m Stop at a "Station" and perform the following action:Station 1) 10 16Kg KB Snatch
Station 2) 30 Lunges with 45lbs dumbbell overhead (one arm)
Station 3) Toss a Log Two times (~20lbs)
Station 4) 2x Tractor Tire Flip
Station 5) 50 Yard Medicine Ball Sprint
