- 30 Burpees
- 40 KB Swings (53/35)
- 50 Air Squats
- 60 Sit UpsWas in terrible shape today and I went way too fast on the burpees first round and ended up dying after the kettle bells. Picked it up on the air squats (getting pretty good at those) just to loose it on the second round of pull ups.
Good workout, will do again!
