Pull-ups, push press and burpees Workout
15min AMRAP:
12 x pull-up
5 x push press (2/3 of 1RM)
18 x burpees -
Strength: Good Mornings Workout
This was the first time doing these with any weight. Previously they were in skill or warm-up with a PVC pipe. I partnered with Sherrie and we did one warm-up set with just the bar. We added 10's for 3 sets until we got to 65#. Since this movement is new, I really didn't want to push it. I will experiment with weight as I get more comfortable with the movement.
