Endurance WOD Workout
Every 10 min x 4 sets:
20 walking lunges
10+10 single DB push presses 35/25 lb
30 sit ups
40/30 cal row or 50/40 cal bike8 min time cap per set.

Viikko 14 Workout
Tällä viikolla pääsiäinen pe-ma, otetaan sinne palauttelupätkä jolloin huilia ainakin pari päivää ja jos on reissua tulossa niin hyvällä omalla tunnolla voit ottaa rennosti ja tehdä muuta.
Tällä viikolla treeneissä otetaan volyymia hieman alas mut tekemistä kyllä riittää. Treeni 4:sessa testaillaan OHS kuntoa, muuten hieman keveämpää kuormaa käsittelyssä mut ei tarkoita etteikö tehoja saa irti itsestä. -
