Then,
3 Way Banded Shoulder + Lat Stretch x 30s each position. -
Wallballs & T2Bs Workout
3 Rounds for time of:
21-15-9
- WB 9/6kg
- T2B
Rest 5 min btw rounds
So its total of 135 reps both. -
