9 Deadlifts 50/35
6 Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kgEvery round AFAP.

C&Js and C2Bs Workout
12-9-6 reps for time of:
- power clean + jerk (50% of 1RM C&J)
- chest-to-bar pull-up

Jumps Workout
2 rounds, alternating between:
- One-legged box jumps, 3 reps/leg (challenging height)
- Long jump x3, as far as possible
1min rest between sets. -
