- 300 hollow rocks + 20 Snatches 50/30 kgs.
- 200 (each side) Russian twists with medball 9/6 kgs.
- 100 toes to bar + 20 OHSq 50/30 kgs.
** 5 continue reps of weightlifting per person. -
