Endurance Workout
For 30 minutes:
In teams of 3 rotate the three stations.
1st: Ski, cycle or row
2nd 30m sled push (light) + 2 rope climbs
3rd: 300 Run with a bulgarian bagChange stations when athlete at the station 3. finishes the run.
