3 RFT:
- 30 Floor wiper (60/40 kgs).
- 10 Bench press (60/40 Kgs).
- 20 Toes to bar.
- 10 Roll down with barbell.
- 30 sit ups with medball (9/6 kgs). -

On-Ramp WOD: Tabata Squats Workout
20s On, 10s Off for 4 mins
Squat
As many reps as possible
Result is your worst round.
10s rest in bottom of the squat. -

VOIMA/TEKNIIKKA Strength
Every 3min for 15min (5 sets)
Bench press x 3-5 reps
Goal is to establish todays 5RM
