    EMOM for 30 minutes of (6 rounds):

    1) 10-15 DB Bench press

    2) 10-15 Toes to bar

    3) 10-15 HR push-ups

    4) 10-15 Ring-rows

    5) REST

    Choose light to moderate weights/rep scheme.
