Partner WOD:
3 rounds:
A: run 400m B: AMRAP 4 kettlebell swing (32/24kg), 8 burpee, 16 lunge.
B performs as long A is running. You can switch pairs every round.Result: reps and time (sec)

Add weight on every five minutes, starting from 60% of 1RM going to 90% of 1RM.
