100 punnerrusta + 100 rengassoutuaKun toinen tekee seinäpalloa, toinen tekee boxihyppyjä / toinen tekee punnerruksia, toinen tekee rengassoutua. Parit vaihtavat osia heti, kun toinen väsyy. Punnerruksiin ja rengassoutuun saa vaihtaa vasta, kun seinäpallot ja boxihypyt on tehty.

45 seconds of overhead slams immediately into 45 seconds of burpees.
P1 starts at slams, P2 starts at burpees. Set clock to 2 rounds of 45 sec with no rest.
