3 x 5 baby kip
3 x 5 large kip
3 x 5 kip feet to 90 degrees
3 x 3-5 kip feet to 45 degrees
3 x 5 kip knees to elbow
3 x 5 kip knees up + feet kickPull up:
3 x 5 baby kip
3 x 5 large kip
3 x 3 handrelease kip
3 x 1 kipping pull up (instead of the hand release, use agressive pull to get the kipping pull up at the same time you would have done the handrelease)
3 x 1 kipping pull up + 2 sec hold at the top
3 x 1 kipping pull up + hold + push yourself off the bar
