Keep HR between 60-75% of MAX

Three times three Workout
For time:
3 rounds of
- 10 hang power clean @ 60/40
- 10 t2b
rest 2min
3 rounds of
- 10 front squat @ 60/40
- 10 ghd sit up
rest 2 min
3 rounds of
- 10 deadlift @ 60/40
- 10 burpee
Each set of three rounds have a time cap of 5 minutes.

7 min AMRAP:
- 5 L-pull-ups
- 5 strict HSPUs
Rest 2 minutes
Then 7 min AMRAP:
- 10 kettlebell snatches (heavy, 5 left, 5 right)
- 20 DUs
Finisher: 40 band pull aparts
