Mobility together with stick:
Good mornings
Squat morning
Lying back extensions
Lying leg raises
Wall angels

Baby makersDynamic warm-up:
EMOM8:
1. 10 Deadlifts (empty bar)
2. 10 lateral burpees over bar
3. 10 Squat Mornings (empty bar)
4. Rest- Pick a weight that allows you to do all the needed reps without too much fatigue!

Let's re-test our squats from last year! Task for today is: 10 min squat test. Spend 10 minutes (without breaks) in squat position and describe your feelings in the comments. Feel free to move around while in squat.
If you did not do this last year (shame on you!), you will still do it :)
