40min For Q (alt A & B)
A) 400m run @easy pace + 12 alt goblet curtsy squat + 10-12 alt DB snatch
B) 25/18 cal row @70-75% effort + 10 plate turkish sit up + 10/10m mixed KB carry (farmers + front rack)
90s rest between sets.
RPE 3-3.5
