Men use 60kg, women use 40kg barbell

Snatch pull + snatch + OHS Strength
5 sets of
Snatch pull + snatch + OHS (3 sec pause at the bottom)
*you are not allowed to drop the barbell between reps. -

Pause back squat (2-3s) VK4/6
4x4 65%+6 viikon kyykkyproge, jossa tehdään vuoroviikoin tempo back squatia ja pause back squatia. Tempo-kyykyissä pidetään sama paino tulevilla viikoilla sarjoissa ja toistomäärä kasvaa 2 reps.
Pause-kyykyissä sarjoja tulee yksi lisää, toistomäärä vähenee yhdellä ja paino kasvaa. -
