AMRAP in Eight rounds:
Max reps of Hang power snatch (40-50% of 1RM Snatch) in 20 seconds
Rest 20 secondsRest 90 seconds
For time:
400m Run with KB [24/16] -

Hang for 10 minutes. As on day 2, you can use pull-up bar, rings etc to hang from.

Farmer's walk with motivational burpees Workout
For time:
800m farmer's walk
perform 10 burpees every time you drop the weights -
3 rounds of running, KB push presses and toes to bar Workout
For time:
400m run
15 x kettlebell push press (2x24/16kg)
15 x toes to bar

12 x KB push press
12 x toes to bar

Barbell gymnastics Strength
Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes: halting clean deadlift + squat clean + split jerk. This one is for quality, so do not fail!
