5 devils press-2 täyttä + 10 + 7. Ekan kierroksen jälkeen piti vaihtaa 12,5kg -> 7,5kg kyykkyihin, muuten isompi paino. Ei ollu jalat palautunu koutsin pakka treenin jälkeen..
