*MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155lbs / 70kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24")WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (100lbs / 45kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20") -
Hang snatch on the minute for 20 min. Strength
Hang snatch every minute on the minute for 20 min.
Add weight on every five minutes, from 60% of 1RM to 90% of 1RM.
(60%, 70%, 80%, 90%) -

5X5 Dead LiftWOD - As heavy as possible, as quickly as possible:
-1 Snatch, 10 Hand Stand Push Ups
