2 Burpees
10 Double Unders (sub "Tuck Jumps")17 + 4 HC
*Only one partner may be working at a time. You cannot begin your hang cleans until your teammate returns from his/her sprint.

Plank Hold**Once plank hold is broken, switch positions. Rotate positions until 15-minutes has elapsed

10x2 Deadlift - 225#
With a Partner, Complete Max Reps of:
Kettlebell Swing
Kettlebell C&J- Left
Kettlebell C&J- Right
Overhead Lunge- Left
Overhead Lunge- Right3-Minutes at each station.
Switch when partner completes a max set; continue doing so until the 3-minutes is up -
