Power Cleans & Bar Facing Burpees Workout
1-1-1-1-1 clean & jerk = 90 lbs
then…
9 power cleans @ 75% 1RM = 65 lbs
21 bar facing burpees
6 power cleans
15 bar facing burpees
3 power cleans
9 bar facing burpees*Surprised that I was able to lift 90 lbs for the clean & jerk.

Ring Push-ups & Weighted Sit-ups Workout
3 x 5 bench press = 80 lbs at 1 x 5RM
then…
25-20-15-10-5
ring push-ups - completed 25 normal ring push-ups and the rest scaled
weighted sit-ups (45/25) - used 25 lbs plate -

This was deceptively hard. I reached muscle fatigue in the last set of 10 and that 165 got HEAVY!
