    4 minutes: 50y plate run (45) on back -13 reps
    3 minutes: dual KB swings -70 reps @ 35#
    2 minutes: DB push jerk -30 reps @ 50#
    1 minute: double unders -42

    Total reps: 198

    20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds for each movement. Move to the next movement after the 8th round with only the 10 second rest between movements. Score is total reps.

    Need to work on everything here. Still very weak on pull-ups, push-ups and sit-ups, did well on squats to make my number look respectable. Will have to work on becoming stronger in the other 3.
