Jump, deadlift & hspu Workout
Attach an object at precisely 12" above your maximum reach with rope or cord, and complete 4 rounds for time of:
30 Jump and touch
185 pound Deadlift, 20 reps
10 Handstand push-ups -
Row, Burpees, Push Press Workout
Three rounds for time:
Row 500 meters
15 Burpees
15 Push press, 100 pounds -
CrossFit Games Open 11.4 Workout
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
10 Muscle-ups
60 Burpees + 15 OHS (85#)
Gotta get the form right on those OHS... Muscle ups weren't so bad though ;)

Double Unders
Sit UpsDouble unders starting failing bad... 15ish I think was the time...

What a beating... My times started off great and really fell off a cliff quickly...

Little cold, little windy and 94 strokes out there... Probably shoulda taken my beating at Crossfit so I'd have something to show for it
