  • Happy Birthday Cory!! Workout

    You have 3 minutes to complete 42 reps of the following exercises. Move to the next exercise on the 3 minute mark. There will be no score today other than the weight you use during the workout. It’s someone’s birthday. For every exercise you cannot complete the 42 reps in the 3 min period you must run 420m post WOD.

    With a partner, complete the following for time:

    500x double unders (1500 singles)
    400x air squats
    300x push ups
    200x sledge strikes
    100x pull ups.

    Only 1 person can be working at a time.

    In a alternating tabata, we move back and forth between exercises for 20s of work and 10s of rest for a total of eight sets (4 of each). Score is total reps over the three alternating tabatas.

    Finished 1st for women's scaled. Yay for me!!! Time to work on those pull ups...

  • BAMF Friday Workout

    Wall Balls x 100 - 20lb
    Double Unders x 100
    Hang Power Snatch x 30 - 95/65 (85)

    NOTES: 33 unbroken to start WB's, then 15+ to finish. DU's 2 sets of 33, one of 34. HPS 10 unbroken, then 5+ to finish. Form was shit at 95, so opted for 85, which after 100 WB's was really hard. Pushed myself on this one. Practiced Pull Ups after.
