  • CFFB Mix n' match 10/30 & 31 Workout

    Power Clean 5x3 (135, 185, 185, 205, 205) 205 is a new PR!
    Strict Pull Ups 3 x max reps (7, 5,5)
    I lost track and did a 4th for 5 more pull ups
    Also I decided to go ahead and push one of those 205s for a new PR!

    As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
    Sprint 100 yards
    10 Push Ups

    I did 14 rounds
    This was supposed to have 10 pull ups per round also but I loaded the CFFB page at weird time where the SWOD was for 30th and the DWOD was for the 31st so I didn't include the redundant pull ups but then I didn't have a place to do them at the middle school football field where I do my sprints.

  • 20 Push Press, 40 KB Swings, 60 Sit Ups x3 Workout

    3 rounds
    20 Push Press (115#, 65#) - 55#,45#
    40 KB Swings (53#, 35#) - 30#

    60 Sit ups

    I don't know what my deal was this a.m. but I could not get it going! I did 55# the first round then moved down to 45# for the second round, and used a 30# kettle bell, but I was just completely gassed after two rounds, and I thought I might die or faint, so I threw in the towel after two :(. I suck. I'd like to try this one again at some point in the near future...maybe when I've mentally and physically prepared myself for a humid, stifling day at the gym (and it was 5:30 in the morning! I am glad I didn't do this in the afternoon, yeesh)

  • BearFit - Team Challenge Workout

    In a team of 5 complete the following, share workload evenly:
    8 x 100m Sanbag run
    150 x Hang to Overhead
    200 x 1 Arm Dumbell Swing
    250 x Pushups
    300 x Situps
    8 x 100m Sandbag run

  • Thruster Workout

  • The Chief Workout

    Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

    3 Power Cleans (Rx 135)
    6 Push Ups
    9 Squats

    Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds

    This was the first day I have done Crossfit Endurance and followed it with a workout in the afternoon. My legs were worn after CF Endurance and think that played a role in my later rounds. I actually felt sick at one point., or just completely worn out.

    5 rounds

    30 Box Jumps 20in

    20 Overhead Squats 95/65

    10 Dips

  • Fight Gone Bad Workout

    Three rounds for total reps at each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.

    Wall-ball 20 lb / 14 lb, 10 ft target. (Reps)
    Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 lb / 45 lb (Reps)
    Box Jump 20" / 14" box (Reps)
    Push-press 75 lb / 45 lb (Reps)
    Row (Reps)

    Rest one minute before repeating.

    The clock does not reset or stop between exercises.

    Used 105# for the push press and the 53# kettle bell

    This was very tough for me - I had to break the exercises into smaller reps and rested too much in between.

    Need to grab my time off the board but I think it was 25ish

  • Annie Workout

    Shoulder Press 45-50-55-60 failed at 65; Yay!!! My 1rep max was 60 in Dec. & have been stuck at 50 since, So happy I did 60 x3

    Push Jerk 65-70-75-80; Did 85 x4 then dropped it!!
