Shoulder Press- 5×3 @ 70-75% of 1rm (PR 65#!)

Toes 2 Bar (MOD, K2E)
Box Jump 30/24
REALLY wanted to Rx this one, but don't have the T2B down yet. Got about half way through and switched to K2E. Don't remember my time...

Filthy 50 Workout
For time:
50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds (MOD 30#)
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball (MOD 10#)
50 Burpees
50 Double undersSince it was a full Sat. workout, I started at Back Extensions and worked down through the list. I'd imagine it makes a difference were you start. I think this is the longest workout I've done to date. BRUTAL!
